At Fixturenest, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to make every purchase experience smooth and reliable. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair Return and Refund Policy to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned only under the following conditions
• Items received in a damaged condition
• Defective products
• Missing components
• Items that do not match the product description shown on the website
If your item falls under any of these categories, you may request a return.
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours from the date the order is delivered. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
All returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
Return Shipping Timeline
Once a return request is approved and a return address is shared, the product must be shipped within 4 days. Failure to ship within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the refund request.
Returned items must reach Fixturenest within 30 days from the shipping date to qualify for a refund.
Non Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return
• Products that have been installed or used
• Items removed from original packaging
• Modified or altered products
• Custom made or made to order items
• Final sale items
• Items damaged without valid logistics or delivery proof
• Individually purchased accessories such as bulbs shades or parts
Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Fixturenest does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances.
Returns must be approved before shipping. Any item sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the return package to ensure faster processing.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 2 business days. Manual processing by banks or payment providers may take 1 to 3 additional business days.
If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, we recommend checking with your bank or card issuer. You may also contact us for assistance.
Partial refunds may be issued if
• Packaging has been opened
• Items are returned in non original condition
• Parts are missing due to customer handling
• Products were purchased at discounted or final sale prices
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of placement unless the item is custom made or a special order. Restocking charges may apply.
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the request will be handled as a return.
Change of Mind Returns
Fixturenest accepts change of mind returns within 48 Hours of delivery, provided the item
• Is unused
• Is in original packaging
• Is in resalable condition
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Refunds will cover only the value of the returned product. Original shipping charges insurance and handling fees are non refundable. No restocking fee is charged for approved change of mind returns.
Exchange Policy for Damaged or Defective Items
Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive defective or damaged during transit.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report any issues immediately. Refunds are not issued for defective or damaged products. Only exchanges will be provided in such cases.
Return Shipping Guidelines
Returned items must be shipped to the address provided in the return approval email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping using their preferred carrier including international returns.
When shipping through postal services the declared value should be below 60 USD to avoid customs charges. Any tax or duty fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please share the tracking number once the item has been shipped.
For items valued over 75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Fixturenest is not responsible for any additional items accidentally included in the return package.
Refusal to Accept Delivered Orders
If a customer refuses to accept an order that has already been shipped and delivered, the customer will be responsible for all resulting costs.
These charges include
• Original shipping and handling costs
• A restocking fee equal to 25 percent of the purchase value
• Any additional transportation or storage expenses incurred
By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept financial responsibility for these charges in case of refusal.
Faucet Purchases No Return Policy
Review of Product Specifications
Before placing an order for faucets, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product specifications listed on the product page.
Completion of the purchase confirms that the buyer has reviewed and accepted these specifications.
Quality Assurance and Replacement
If a faucet is received in a defective incorrect or incomplete condition, Fixturenest will provide a replacement according to standard quality control procedures.
Returns for faucets that are not defective incorrect or incomplete will not be accepted.
