FixtureNest Shipping Policy

At FixtureNest, we place great importance on delivering our products with care, efficiency, and reliability. This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and terms that govern order processing and delivery.

Shipping Operations
Order fulfillment is conducted on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing
All orders undergo a preparation period of approximately three to five business days before dispatch. Items that are custom made or produced upon order require additional craftsmanship time and are typically prepared within seven to twelve business days.

Delivery and Complimentary Shipping
FixtureNest is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders. Once dispatched, deliveries generally arrive within seven to eighteen working days, depending on the destination and courier service. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time, and delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier related issues. Should such a situation arise, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Courier Services and Transit
All shipments are entrusted to carefully selected logistics partners. After dispatch, the shipment is managed by the courier service. While we are happy to assist with delivery related inquiries or requests, FixtureNest cannot assume responsibility for delays, damages, or disruptions that occur during transit.

Non Receipt of Orders
If your order does not arrive within the anticipated delivery timeframe, we kindly ask that you contact our customer care team with your order number so we may promptly investigate and assist.

Fulfillment Locations
To ensure efficient global delivery, FixtureNest operates through multiple international fulfillment centers, including locations in the United States, China, Spain, and Germany. Orders are dispatched from the most suitable location based on product availability.

Tracking Details
Tracking information is provided for every order and will be shared via email or SMS upon dispatch. In cases where items are shipped separately, individual tracking updates will be provided accordingly.

Customs and Import Charges
