Shipping Policy

At Fixture Nest we are committed to delivering high quality home fixtures and decor directly to your door with care and efficiency. We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


Shipping Timeframes

Standard International Shipping
Most orders are delivered within 15 to 45 business days depending on your location and the product category. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Expedited shipping options may deliver within 7 to 20 business days.

Large or Oversized Items
Bulky products such as bathroom fixtures or wall art may take up to 60 business days due to specialized packaging and longer transit routes.

Custom Made Items
For handcrafted or made to order products including lighting and designer pieces please allow 5 to 10 business days for preparation before dispatch. Once shipped delivery may take between 15 to 45 business days depending on the destination and carrier method.


Order Handling and Dispatch

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

Our warehouses operate Monday through Friday except on national holidays. Delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons or due to supply chain disruptions.


Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection in the destination country. While most shipments clear smoothly occasional delays may occur. Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch depending on the carrier’s network and destination.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
