At Fixture Nest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something is not quite right with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • It has been 15 calendar days or less since delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories and parts are included

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, altered, or installed items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Final sale products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling

Final Sale
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.


How to Return

  1. Email us at support@fixturenest.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for a return approval email before sending your item

  4. Attach your receipt or order confirmation inside the return package

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We will prioritize a replacement

  • If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Use the address provided in the return approval email

  • For items under 60 USD, post service may help avoid customs charges

  • Any customs or tax fees will be deducted from your refund

  • For items over 75 USD, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns if:

  • The item is unused and in resalable condition

  • It is returned in original packaging

  • The return is requested within 3 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping in this case.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the item

  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved

  • Approved refunds take 1 to 3 business days to appear in your account

  • Original shipping and insurance fees are not refundable

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider first. Contact us if it hasn’t arrived within 7 business days.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
