We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please refer to the return and exchange policy below.
General Return Conditions
There are generally two reasons for a return:

Quality Issues or Damage: If the product has a quality problem or was damaged during transportation, we will provide free return and exchange services.

Personal Preference: If you decide you do not like your lights, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
We are confident you will love your FixtureNest order, but if for any reason you don’t, please reach out via our contact page or reply to your shipping update emails, and we will make it right.
Order Cancellations

Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order within the first 48 hours for a full refund with no fees.

After Shipping: Once an order shows as shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on a cancellation after shipment, a 30%–50% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover warehousing, processing, and shipping costs incurred once the package leaves our facility.
Note: Packages are often in transit via sea or air in large containers and cannot be intercepted quickly. If your order has shipped, please wait for delivery, then contact us at support@fixturenest.com to initiate a return.
Refund & Return Policy
Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unworn/unused).

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Consumer-Initiated Returns
The consumer is responsible for return shipping fees if the return is due to:

Personal preference or change of mind.

Sizing or color not meeting expectations.

Ordering the wrong item or quantity.

Failure to read product descriptions or specifications.
Non-Refundable Items:

Customized products made to specific customer requests.

Items returned without prior registration/authorization.

Original shipping costs (if delivery obligations were fulfilled).
The Return Process

Inquiry: Contact us at support@fixturenest.com. For quality issues, please attach photos.

Authorization: We will provide a specific return address based on your location (US, China, Hong Kong, or Germany). Do not send items back without reaching out first; unregistered packages will be rejected.

Shipping: Ship the item at your own expense (unless there is a quality defect).

Verification: Provide us with the shipping bill or tracking number once sent.

Refund: Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. Most banks take an additional 7–14 business days to post the credit.
Important Notices

EU Customers: Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

Damaged/Wrong Items: Please report these to customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery Guarantee: Items not delivered within 90 days are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
